Throughout my 25-year technical career and as a Microsoft Office Specialist, I’ve been in involved in training or in a support role in some form or other, all while working for big companies. This has given me exposure to hundreds of varying technologies while providing support to over a 1,000 plus people across the country.
So, I asked myself how I can translate this into helping users outside of big business? This is when I decided to start MyOfficeTutor. MyOfficeTutor is guided Office training to home and small business users.
The idea is to offer an environment where I can show the learner one-on-one with smaller, more relevant live training. Showing what you want and need to know, without the fluff.
I want to help anyone who is looking for a hybrid training/customer support solution. My approach is to teach those who seek an inexpensive, personalized learning experience with a focus on the functions they need to learn and without devoting many hours to learn the technology, right from their home or business.
